If you’re looking for a safe, private, and WONDERFUL cabin in the woods, look no further! What an incredible place! Totally secluded, my wife and I LOVED our stay. Beautiful views, every amenity you could ask for, awesome place for family, awesome place for romance. Super fairly priced and just a few min from some of Missouri’s most beautiful places including Elephant Rock and Johnson Shut-Ins. Every detail is thought out, from little things like a wine opener to bigger items like having stocked extra fire wood for the fire-pit. This is a true gem you will love. Will stay again, strongly recommended. Thank you!

With all the sports and work busy season it’s hard to get away but Iron Mountain Cabins was the perfect solution. Far enough away that you felt like you actually “got away” but only an hour and a half away makes fun a fun jog to the country. We planned to eat in town while there but once we got there, enjoyed the solitude, the woods! We made a fire and ate what we brought (I always pack to much anyway). It was a perfect stay. Side note, when you plan to stay in a cabin in the woods you expect rotting wood and dark and cobwebs lol that’s not the case. This cabin was too notch. Beautiful. I’m still amazed at the hot water on demand, no cold showers here!

Wonderful cabin in prime location Positive: Beautiful cabin, full bathroom and kitchen. Linen, pillows etc were provided. Kitchen had everything we could possibly need. Large outside area with grill and fire pit, and a really beautiful illumination of the area/cabin. Us and our 2 kids and 1 dog (yes, it's dog friendly) had a wonderful long weekend here. The host is super responsive and helpful! Negative: Due to the size of the cabin, there is not a full size dinner table that fits 4 people. It wasn't a problem for us, but we thought it was worth mentioning in case of other people's expectations.
